Brilliant at the basics

I found this brilliant speech by José Lopez (Former EVP of Nestlé) on LinkedIn and liked it so much that I wanted to share it with the people visiting this webpage. The person who shared it did not give any further details, so I don’t have any information on when and where it was recorded.

I want to add to this educational video that aiming for brilliance at the basics is one thing. Recognizing and appreciating such brilliance by the superior is essential too. This has not explicitly been mentioned by Mr. Lopez.
